300 m Lapua European Cup was held in Plzen 13-17 August. Arrangements were excellent as usual and the weather was perfect for shooting the last two competition days.
As some of the top shooters had already qualified for the final, not all countries were present at Plzen. However, it was good to see the Olympic medalist Rajmond Debevec to shoot at the competition and with success as usual.
Two thirds of the individual medals were won by Lapua shooters. Also Lapua Team members performed very well, Charlotte Jakobsen and Eva Friedel on top. Charlotte took gold in 60 shots prone and silver in 3 positions. Eva took gold in 3 positions and bronze in 60 shots prone.
The Final will be shot in September in Zagreb.
